Pixels
Pixel-to-pixel spacing ranges from 3.906 to a very compact 2.000 millimeters to create high-resolution displays that align up to 250,000 SMD lamps into a single square meter.
Each millimeter of spacing supports one meter of viewing distance which means that the DualView Series will look great from just 2 or 3 steps away.
Dimensions
The slim and trim DualView Series is a lightweight display weighing just 20 kilograms per square meter with x·y·z dimensions starting at 750 x 1,200 × 4 millimeters.
Regardless of which DualView you choose, it can be equipped to be supported from above or below without a complicated third-party installation.
Schematics
We provide our Engineers with a detailed description of your project. They provide mechanical and electrical drawings based on your InVisia Series selection and configured to best match the parameters of the installation.
Those drawings are generated in industry-standard Adobe PDF and Autodesk DWG formats to share with your team.
Lamps
DualView Series displays are indoor-equipped with a range of 2,000 to ≥ 3,500 candelas/m2 of fully-adjustable brightness using powerful black face SMD lamps.
Highly-photogenic static drive architecture combined with 160° of indirect viewing means that everyone in your audience can see the DualView whether they are coming or going.
Options
Once you have selected a InVisia Series display that provides the resolution and brightness you need for your target audience, we have a short list of options to consider.
We offer displays with custom corners and contours, curves and cut-outs, frames and rigging, spare components and flight cases. Pretty much anything you need. Just ask.
Installation
The DualView Series is install-ready for an overhead support and a guy with a power drill and a tape measure. Power and remote data is cleverly hidden away in the power bar.
These lightweight displays are offered in 3 different sizes with the option to just set it on the floor. Your Sales Team is going to love it as much as your Design Team.
Cards
The DualView Series relies on NovaStar's B Series receiving cards combined with NovaLCT software to provide 16-bit grayscale processing and adjustable white balance.
Point-by-point brightness and chromaticity correction eliminates chromatic aberration before it reaches the display, keeping color accurate under any ambient lighting.
Quotes
We love to provide quotes for clients, so don't hesitate to ask. Formal quotes can typically be ready for your consideration within a few hours.
At your request we can review your project with factory technicians to offer suggestions on solutions specific to your project. The rest is mostly just shipping details.
Performance
Every redn × greenn × bluen lamp creates many times more color combinations than our eyes can see, along with an abundance of silky smooth shades of grey.
Display life is projected to be 100,000 hours or about 11 years of full-time use. Which means we look forward to hearing from you again sometime in 2037.

Pixel Pitch · 2.000
Pixel pitch, measured in millimeters, is the distance from the center of one LED pixel to the next, determining image clarity, resolution, and optimal viewing distance. The industry rule of thumb is that for every millimeter of pixel pitch, the corresponding viewing distance is one meter. A pixel pitch of 2.000 is best viewed from 2 meters or more for optimal results. Calculate pixel density by dividing 2.000 into 1000 millimeters for 500 pixels per linear meter. Square this result for a product of 250,000 pixels per square meter and multiply by your display height and width to determine your total resolution.

About InVisia
InVisia Displays: A Global Leader in Holographic LED Technology
Since the founding of the company in 2010, Invisia Displays has completed over fifteen thousand installations around the world from its headquarters in Shenzhen, China.
Extensive Manufacturing Capabilities
InVisia operates a 20,000m² production facility in Shenzhen's Bao'an District, built around a dedicated SMT workshop for high-precision surface-mount assembly and a panel aging workshop for burn-in testing before shipment. An on-site showroom keeps working samples of every series available for direct comparison.
Cutting-Edge Technology
InVisia's success is driven by its technical dominance in this developing market that demands the impossible — a beautiful, high-resolution display that weighs next to nothing and doesn't block the view of what lies beyond. While much of the competing technology is still anchored in the early days of design, InVisia's engineers have developed displays with up to 250,000 lamps in a single square meter, built on a 4-layer PCB carrying 2oz copper for double the copper weight found on a typical display board. That extra mass lowers electrical resistance across the board, allowing each LED to run at higher current with less voltage drop and resistive heat, pushing brightness well beyond the expected performance of competing displays, without shortening the display's lifespan. Superior heat dissipation keeps that performance stable in direct sunlight, while transparency exceeding 70% preserves the glass aesthetic the display is mounted to. The result is an immersive experience for viewers from every angle.
Uncompromising Quality
Every InVisia panel is burned in on-site at the company's dedicated Panel Aging Workshop in Shenzhen before it ships — a stress-testing step most manufacturers skip to save time. That testing is backed by a breakpoint continuation chip built into every panel: the difference between a real display and an old strand of Christmas lights, where one dead bulb kills the whole string. If a single LED or driver fails, the chip reroutes the signal around it instead of passing the failure downstream, so the rest of the panel keeps running at full resolution while that one point gets flagged for service — no truck roll, no swapped module, no blacked-out section. Combined with a rated lifespan of 100,000+ hours and CE, FCC, and ETL certification on every unit, InVisia displays are built to need less service, not more, over the life of the installation.
As attributed to Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. "Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away." Such is the philosophy that created the extraordinary product line that InVisia is rightly proud to offer to clients around the world.

With a 160° viewing angle and static-drive architecture that leaves every pixel continuously lit rather than scanned, it guarantees a superior visual experience for your entire audience, regardless of their position.
Advanced Image Processing
Powered by NovaStar's cutting-edge technology, InVisia relies on compact high-performance B6S receiving cards, 16-bit grayscale processing and adjustable white balance across a 5,500K to 15,000K range. The B6S cards themselves are purpose-built for glass and film-mounted displays, correcting brightness and chromaticity point-by-point to eliminate chromatic aberration before it ever reaches the panel — the difference between a display that just shows an image and one that reproduces it accurately, whether the install calls for warm retail lighting or a cool, neutral corporate lobby.
Sleek Design and Versatile Installation
The DualView Series boasts a slim profile and lightweight construction at less than 20 kilograms per square meter. Its dimensions of 750 × 1200, 750 × 1500. or 1000 × 1500 and just a few millimeters thick create endless creative displays whether hanging down or standing up. Frequently Asked Questions
Telematics Canada Inc. is an authorized factory distributor for Huizhou Desay Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and Xi'an NovaStar Tech Co., Ltd..
With over 25 years of operation as a federally incorporated Canadian entity, we serve as the direct commercial link between the manufacturer and the North American market. We provide the legal standing for contracts, import logistics, and authorized warranty execution for both brands.
What do you need? And what do you want?
You need a high-performance, high-quality LED display at a price that meets your budget.
You want it delivered sooner, not later. You want the installation to go smooth and fast and deployed without headaches.
And you need your investment to be backed by a solid warranty from a world-class manufacturer with local support from a domestic distributor.
Which is exactly what we offer.
When do you need it?
With few exceptions, every Desay Series display is custom-built for your specific project. This takes time, but the schedule is precise.
We design the display to match your exact installation parameters, generating schematics and wiring diagrams for your approval.
Manufacturing, performance testing, and packaging require three to four weeks. Freight adds one week by air or one month by sea. Also, China has a generous number of holidays throughout the year that can delay production scheddules.
With more than 20 years experience with this process, our advice is always the same: do not wait until the last minute before ordering.
So far, no one has taken our advice.
Where is everyone?
Don't you hate trying to figure out where everyone you want to work with is located? Why is that ever even a question?
Telematics Canada has offices in Vancouver, BC and in Montreal, QC, Canada. Our full contact information is at the bottom of every page.
Desay Optoelectronics designs, develops, and manufactures the Desay Series in Huizhou City and Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.
Xi'an NovaStar Tech Co. designs and develops their control architecture at the Nova Science and Technology Park in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, with additional direct sales and logistics operations in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Why are we meeting like this?
Chances are you have followed a link to our site that started with a search for LED display systems or distributors, and some other terms that landed us on the front page.
We recently asked Gemini Deep Research: What is the current estimated number of LED display manufacturers in China?. Here is a snippet of that response:
Mapping the Specialized Manufacturing Tiers
I have successfully categorized the Chinese LED display industry into a defined hierarchy, identifying a core group of approximately 1,000 specialized manufacturers. While regional registries in hubs like Shenzhen often list over 10,000 LED-related entities, I've distinguished that the specialized display market consists of roughly 10-20 top-tier global leaders, followed by 100-200 mid-sized professional manufacturers, and a broader base of roughly 800 smaller assembly-focused shops. I’ve also clarified corporate structures, such as ROE Visual's position as a premium arm of a larger conglomerate and the specific optoelectronic focus of groups like Desay, to ensure the census reflects true full-service providers.
The number of choices in this industry is daunting. And only a handful of these manufacturers will be operating a decade from now.
With a market capitalization of 10 billion USD, Desay is one of those top-tier companies.
We look forward to hearing from you.
How do we proceed?
Our first step should be an introduction to your Team, or at least those tasked with initiating the project.
We can do so with a spontaneous phone call or schedule a Teams or Zoom meeting if that is your preference.
We will need to know if this will be (✓) an indoor or outdoor LED display, (✓) how close your audience will be, if the display is (✓) a permanent or temporary installation, and (✓) how soon do you need your LED display up and running.
With this information, we can quickly generate an estimated price range for your consideration and go from there.
We look forward to your call.
